Processing of personal data
This policy on the processing of personal data ("Personal Data Policy") describes how MODEOUTLET collects and processes information about you. The personal data policy applies to personal data that you submit to us or that we collect via MODEOUTLET's website, www.modeoutlet.dk
When you visit the Website, we automatically collect information about you, e.g. what type of browser you use, what search terms you use on the website, your IP address and information about your computer in order to optimize the conversion on the website, improve it and carry out targeted marketing.
When you buy a product on the website, we collect information about you, e.g. name, address, e-mail address, phone number, information about which products you buy and possibly have returned with the aim of being able to deliver products to you and for fulfillment of our accounting obligations.
When you create a profile or make a purchase, you have the option to consent to receive email marketing. You can revoke your consent at any time either by logging into your user profile, or by pressing the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the marketing you receive.
What is the basis of the collection?
The collection of information, as mentioned in section 2.1.1, is necessary so that we can protect our interests in improving functions on the Website and its structure and offer you relevant offers.
The collection of information, as mentioned in section 2.1.2, is necessary for us to fulfill our agreement with you.
USE OF DATA PROCESSORS
One of these data processors, Google Analytics v/Google Inc, is established in the USA. The necessary guarantees for the transfer of information to the USA are ensured through the data processor's certification under the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield. The right of access You are entitled at any time to request us in writing for information about, among other things, which information we have registered about you, what purpose the registration serves, which categories of personal data and recipients of information may be may be, as well as information about where the information originates.
You can see at any time what personal data we have registered about you by logging on to MODEOUTLET and under your profile, clicking on Personal data, if you do not have a MODEOUTLET account, you must send a written request to firstname.lastname@example.org together with documentation that you are the person in question.
The right to rectification You have the right to have inaccurate personal data about you rectified by us. If you become aware that there are errors in the information we have registered about you, you are encouraged to contact us in writing so that the information can be corrected.
Information that we have collected in connection with your registration to our customer club, you have the opportunity to correct yourself via login to your user profile.
The right to erasure
In certain cases, you have the right to have all or some of your personal data deleted by us, e.g. if you revoke your consent to your registration for our customer club. To the extent that processing your information is necessary, e.g. to be able to comply with our accounting obligations, we are not obliged to delete your personal data.
The right to restrict processing to storage
In certain cases, you have the right to have the processing of your personal data limited to storage only, for example if you believe that the information we process about you is incorrect.
The right to data portability
You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transfer this data to another data controller when we collect your personal data in connection with:

The right to object You have the right at any time, for special reasons, to object to our processing of your personal data, which we collect for use in improving functions on the Website and its structure, cf. 2.1.1.
If you object to the processing, we are no longer entitled to process your personal data, unless we can demonstrate legitimate grounds for continued processing.
The right to complain
You have the right to lodge a complaint at any time with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Borgergade 28, 5, 1300 København K about our processing of your personal data.
DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA
Information that we have collected in connection with the fact that you have given your consent for us to send you marketing per e-mail, SMS and post, we will delete if you revoke your consent, unless we are entitled to continue processing, cf. 2.
Only employees who have a real need to access your personal data to perform their work have access to it.
The purpose of using cookies on MODEOUTLET is to make the page work, for optimization so that we can give the user the very best experience, for traffic analysis and for targeted marketing. Part of using cookies for these purposes is that MODEOUTLET can analyze user trends.
